I recently sent a letter to the owner of your facility saying what I felt about your place and the special care my mother received while she was in there. Trust me, it was glowing, but I wanted to stop and thank you as the support team everyone faces when they first realize their family member needs more help than they are qualified to handle. My mother, Peg, came to your facility scared and with a feeling of despair. Your front office staff took her in, literally held her hand and walked her through the final chapters of her life with grace and dignity. My mother was here for five years! Not once did I fear she was getting treated poorly or without love and care. This starts with the front office staff. Not once did I worry about the financial end of the care for my mother as I was always informed of what was required and that was always handled professionally.

I have made it a point to not individualize my thank you letter to the different people in their areas of expertise and I want to make sure I carry that thought through. Your team is a winning team, from the ownership to each and every one in that building and the staff that supports your family.
